Longines was one of the most respected manufacturers back in the 19th and early- to mid-20th century, especially of high precision chronographsThe 30CH had the exact same functionality as the previous 13ZN ( maybe one of the most collectible caliber in watch history). The watches that come with the 30CH were designed to be "sportier" than the 13ZNs, reflecting the style of the times.
Up for grabs is a great example of the Longines reference 5967 chronograph, housed in an elegant 18kt yellow gold and oversized 38mm case, 1953. This watch is powered by Longines’ popular and impressive fly-back30CH movement.
This Longines chronograph is in great vintage condition. The case is razor sharp and unpolished, with beautifully beveled lugs. The dial is in good condition, with only slight wear/patina on the surface of the dial and in the registers, consistent with the aging of these dials, it comes with a blue Tejus Lizard strap and his logoed gold plated buckle.
