Zenith was founded in 1865 by Georges Favre-Jacot in Le Locle, in the canton of Neuchätel, Switzerland. He brought all the major watchmaking professions under one roof (movement, dial, case makers) and is considered one of the first to develop the concept of a Manufacture.

This incredible time only, has an oversize 38mm, 18k. tThis timepiece represents the innate craftsmanship of the Zenith maison of the 1950s.It arrives with its original box and a burgundy tejus strap.

A true collector's piece rose gold case, is powered by a bumper caliber 71, Zenith manufacture bumper, the dial, with an extremely charming patina, has rose gold applied hour markers and date window at 3 o'clock.

The case maker is the very famous C.R Spillmann that made cases for several Swiss watch manufacturers including Rolex, Longines, Piaget, Audemars Piguet, IWC, Vacheron Constantin, Universal Geneve, Zenith, Doxa, Bovet, & even for school watches.
