This Rolex model ref.6605 has the most beautifully elegant, 1950s champagne "swiss only" dial with the original alpha hands, which pair perfectly with the amazing applied hour indices. The Rolex Calibre 1065, 25 Jewel Chronometer grade movement is superbly accurate and reliable, even by current day standards.

At 36mm diameter this is a large-sized watch by 1950s standards. The unpolished 18kt yellow gold case also carries a rare and distinctive bezel which remains in absolutely incredible condition.
This beauty is been paired with a black genuine ostrich strap and its golden buckle.
