The Rolex Air-King was born in the 1940s as a tribute to the pilots of the Royal Air Force and has since become a symbol of understated elegance and precision. Reference 14010 is one of the most sought-after versions in the line, appreciated for its balance between classic style and modern details. This example, serial P.xxx.xxx, dates to around 2001 and is in excellent condition, carefully preserved and freshly serviced by a professional watchmaker.

The 34 mm Oystersteel case retains its sharp lines and harmonious proportions, enhanced by the distinctive engine-turned bezel, with its finely engraved pattern that catches the light with subtle reflections. The glossy black dial is clean and refined, featuring applied hour markers and the iconic coronet at 12 o’clock. Sapphire crystal protects the face, offering superb scratch resistance and clarity.

The Oyster bracelet in stainless steel, with solid end links and folding clasp, is tight and shows minimal stretch, in line with the overall excellent state of the watch. Inside ticks the automatic Rolex Calibre 3000, renowned for its reliability, precision and robust construction. Recently serviced, it ensures optimal timekeeping performance.

A timeless and authentic Air-King, ready to wear and enjoy.
